2. Service Availability 

  • Service Areas: We currently offer services in all London Boroughs. Please check availability in your area during booking. 
  • Operating Hours: Our services are available 7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00. Special requests outside of these hours may incur additional charges and must be arranged in advance. 

3. Booking and Scheduling 

  • Booking Process: All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is finalized. 
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your service up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a rescheduling fee. 
  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. 

4. Payments and Pricing 

  • Pricing Structure: Our prices are based on the type of service, property size, and any additional requirements. Detailed pricing can be found on our website or provided upon request. 
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. 
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within 7 days of the service date will incur a late fee of 30%. 

5. Customer Responsibilities 

  • Access to Property: Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If our team cannot access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. 
  • Securing Valuables: Customers are advised to secure any valuables before the cleaning service. Oct2pus Cleaning Services is not responsible for any loss or damage to items not secured. 
  • Pets: Please ensure that pets are safely secured or removed from the cleaning area to avoid accidents or disruptions.
     

6. Quality Assurance and Complaints 

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to deliver the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours to address the issue. 
  • Complaints Procedure: All complaints should be directed to our customer service team via [email/phone]. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours of receiving the complaint. 
  • Damage or Breakage: In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please report it immediately. We are fully insured, and any claims will be handled promptly.
